• Allan Grafman leads content and communications companies, and advises private equity investors and media companies on strategies to monetize content assets.
  
  Recently, Allan Grafman served as President, Archie Comics Entertainment (licensing), President/CEO of Modelwire (digital content), and EVP/CFO, Hallmark Entertainment (film entertainment).
  
  Allan began his media career as both an on air announcer and ad sales representative for KSHE Radio/Century Broadcasting in St. Louis. He joined Capital Cities/ABC to develop their broadband cable television properties in Chicago as VP/General Manager. From 1983 through 1996 Grafman was at Tribune Company where he rose to Managing Director.
  
  He received his BA from Indiana University (Phi Beta Kappa, Russian Literature), his Master of International Affairs from Columbia University (International Fellow) and his MBA from Columbia University (Beta Gamma Sigma, Finance).
  
  
• Michael Grafman has been leading sales driven companies for 20 years.
  For the past 5 years he served as COO at All Star Radio Networks, a radio syndication company. Before radio syndication, Michael was in local radio ad sales in the St. Louis and Tampa/St. Petersburg markets. Michael started his career 20 years ago in Colorado as an account executive for broadcast radio after receiving his BA from Colorado State. He attained his MBA in marketing from Maryville University while working in the insurance industry in sales and management.
