• Allan Grafman monetizes content and investor capital for owners of intellectual property. As President of All Media Ventures he advises investors, content owners and media companies.
  
  Allan is Chairman of the Board of Majesco Entertainment (Nasdaq:COOL), a video game producer and distributor. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Big Tent (licensing), Pixfusion (technology) and is an Operating Partner at Mercury Capital Partners. He publishes frequently (Directors and Boards, NACD, Licensing Book, Inventors Digest) and contributes to MSNBC “Your Business.”
  
  Previous positions include President of Archie Comics, President & CEO of Modelwire, EVP & CFO of Hallmark Entertainment, VP & Managing Director of Tribune Company, and VP & GM of Capital Cities Cable. He began his media career as an on-air announcer and ad sales representative for KSHE Radio in St. Louis.
  
  Allan received his BA from Indiana University (Phi Beta Kappa) Russian Literature, his Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University (International Fellow) and his MBA from Columbia University (Beta Gamma Sigma) Finance.
  
  
• Michael Grafman is a top sales executive with a successful career in improving sales and profit performance for media and direct marketing companies for over 20 years. Most recently Michael built sales for Flash Flyer direct marketing magazine, and for Clipper Magazine. As COO of ASR Networks he was responsible for 30% of billing. Michael started his career in ad sales for a number of radio stations, and holds a BA from Colorado State University and an MBA from Maryville University.
